Chicken Fajitas

We let Mary cook for a week, during Christmas break. She cooked burritos with chopped up green pepper in it. That was a surprise. She hates anything that remotely resembles spiciness. I saw a chicken fajita recipe with green pepper in it, so I'm gonna adapt it.

4-6 chicken breasts
1 sliced green pepper
1 sliced red pepper

Cook it all together in a pot, and shred the chicken when it's cooked. There are several toppings you can pick, like salsa, grated cheese, guacamole and sour cream. The original recipe calls for salsa, but Mary won't eat it if it has salsa. It also calls for a sliced onion, but again, Mary won't eat it if there's a sliced onion. So I'll try having the salsa/onion stuff on the side / added afterwards. I'm worried this recipe left out an important ingredient, like cooking oil. We'll see!

I wrote this in December, and I don't remember if my family liked it. I didn't add it to my recipe book, so I guess they didn't.
