Halloween

It's Halloween!  Because I'm in charge of candy distribution this year, I made sure to buy nothing but king-sized candies.

Originally, my costume was going to be Tim Allen from The Santa Clause.

But I don't have gray sweats, so that costume idea had to be thrown out.  After going through the clothes that belonged to the previous owners of my house, I found a bathrobe.  I combined it with my red gloves from Canada to get a boxer costume.

Far too late, I realized I would have made a very nice Alexandra Roivas from Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem. Or maybe a tough guy from a motorcycle gang.

Not on topic but, I figured I might as well say this:

Don't tell me to genuinely write a long email to you (which you yourself suggested) if you''re not ever actually planning on replying to it through any kind of message or "Ok, thanks!" or anything of the like. Way to make me feel like a fool.

I'm a simple fan and I care. Get over yourself, Michael. I sent you that message almost three weeks ago.

King sized candies? I want to be your neighbor!
I live off of a road with rather fast cars, so we have never gotten any trick-or-treaters at our house. Usually my church does a scary Bible story night on Halloween, but it was canceled at the last minute. (I think it was because the couple in charge of the event changed religious beliefs out of the blue.) So, that isn't going on. I watched Nightmare before Christmas and the Great Pumpkin. I am satisfied. :) ~Sam

Great costume ideas! One trick or treater came in a homemade Minecraft costume. I like the homemade costumes best, it exhibits how creative the person is! Way to go Michael! Happy Halloween!

Very nice. The things you can do with normal clothing on Halloween!

In the meanwhile, the Catholic Church in the Philippines has asked children throughout the country to dress up as saints in order to "improve their faith and renounce the devil and other pagan symbols". As of November 1, it has achieved success.

And now the weather. (I got that line from an article on GTPlanet: http://www.gtplanet.net/gtplanet-weekly-rewind-and-the-winner-is/)
