Nancy Drew: Alibi in Ashes

The newest Nancy Drew game, Nancy Drew: Alibi in Ashes, is being released on Tuesday.  I hope I can get my copy of the game then.  Several people have already received their copies.

Meanwhile, the preview for the next Nancy Drew game, Tomb of the Lost Queen, has already been released.

I'm told that the next Professor Layton game is being released next week, too, along with many details about the upcoming Professor Layton and Phoenix Wright crossover game. It's a busy week for fans of puzzle/adventure games!

Well at least we know Nancy doesn't get locked up in prison for the rest of her life, now she might suffocate in a tomb of sand, now I mention it, it might be better to stay in prison Nancy! ;)

This game looks a little....stereotypical to me. I'm curious to see what HeR does with it once development details start coming out.

It looks pretty interesting, but I wasn't really surprised that they were coming out with one where she goes to Egypt.....

@Anonymous at 2:23, it's the teaser trailer as seen at the end of ASH.

It looks waaaay more advanced than all the other teasers for the other games! I wonder how long they've been working on this one?

I was on wikipedia in July I think, and on The Alibi in Ashes page, it mentioned the 26th game would take place in Egypt. I thought it was just someone speculating(It was 3 months ago remember) but what do you know! Someone at HER has been leaking information!

To me the game doesn't surprise me. It's just... a lot of cartoon characters go to Egypt and usualy its a mummy's curse their worried about.

does anyone know if it is scary?
because the shadow at the water's edge game FREAKED ME OUT!!!!!!!

i like how nancy drew just so happens to go to visit someone or go on vacation and there is always a case.
its the same with scooby doo, the hardy boys, and all other mysteries even though it kinda has to that way no mysteres !!!

I'm always scared watching these because of the shadow at the water's edge mirror scene. And i would just like to comment the fact that me and Michael (arglefumph)are alot alike for the fact that I love all the games he did!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Nancy Drew PC games and I've played them all :). Alibi in Ashes wasn't really my favorite, but I hope "The Tomb of the Lost Queen" is really scary! The scary ones are always more fun.
